 Yoga

Yoga is an ancient discipline that explores, develops, and integrates the body, mind, and spirit. The practice of yoga can be termed as a skill in action. This system of yoga is depicted as a physical and spiritual practice for focus, concentration, and meditation. Yoga is a practical philosophy, a science involving every aspect of a person's being. It encourages the evolution of the individual through the development of self-discipline and self-awareness. A refined system of physical development, the practice of yoga focuses not only on flexibility but also on strength, balance, and endurance. Yoga systematically stretches and strengthens muscles throughout the body, increases blood circulation to internal organs and glands, quiets the nervous system, and improves concentration. This ancient system of self-care brings vitality, health, deep relaxation, and peace of mind.

Nature the cure is a constructive method of treatment which aims at removing the basic cause of disease through the rational use of the elements freely available in nature. It is not only a system of healing but also a way of life, in tune with the internal vital forces or natural elements comprising the human body. It is a complete revolution in the art and science of living. Nature cure believes that disease is an abnormal condition of the body resulting from the violation of the natural laws. Every such violation has repercussions on the human system in the shape of lowered vitality, irregularities of the blood and lymph and the accumulation of waste matter and toxins. Thus, through a faulty diet, it is not the digestive system alone which is adversely affected. When toxins accumulate, other organs such as the bowels, kidneys, skin, and lungs are overworked and cannot get rid of these harmful substances as quickly as they are produced.

Besides this, mental and emotional disturbances cause imbalances in the vital electric field in which cell metabolism takes place, producing toxins. When the soil of this electric field is undisturbed, disease-causing germs can live in it without multiplying or producing toxins. It is only when it is disturbed or when the blood is polluted with toxic waste that the germs multiply and become harmful.

Ayurveda

The concept of the five elements is one of the most fundamental in Ayurvedic science. These five elements (space, air, fire, water, and earth) exist in all matter, both organic and inorganic. As man is a microcosm of nature, the five elements also exist within each individual. Our psychological tendencies, as well as our five senses and the various aspects of our body’s functioning, are all directly related to the five elements. According to Ayurveda, the five elements manifest sequentially, beginning with space, from the pure, unified, un-manifested Cosmic Consciousness that is the source of all.

These five great elements combine into three basic energies or functional principles, which are present, in varying degrees, in everything and everybody. Space (ether) and air constitute vata. Fire and water combine to make up pitta. Water and earth constitute Kapha. In our bodies, these three doshas or humor govern our psychobiological functioning. Vata–Pitta–Kapha is present in every cell, tissue, and organ. When in balance, they create health. When out of balance, they are the cause of disease.

BOWEN

The Bowen technique is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy. Bowen technique is also called as Homeopathy of bodyworks, it utilizes subtle inputs to the body (known as moves) stimulating the body to heal itself. The Bowen technique offers tremendous benefit to the clients with very little effort on the part of the practitioner it provides relief from many types of injuries and health problems both acute and chronic and it does so holistically via the body’s innate healing mechanism.

The practitioner moves deliver signal to the the nervous system at a specific location (on muscles, tendons, ligaments or nerves) and the body responds in its own time with its vital capacity while there are few the specific situation in which a particular procedure is contraindicated, Bowen the technique is appropriate for people of all ages in all degrees of health.

DORN

A holistic, effective, safe and Non-manipulative therapy to correct misalignments in the spine and joints and a True Self Help Method. The DORN Method or better said its therapy part is a gentle vertebra and joint treatment. It can help treat illnesses directly or indirectly connected to the spinal column. It is completely safe but still very effective. No medication is needed and no medical training is necessary to use the method successfully. It can be learned and mastered easily all you need is sensitive healthy hands. A talented layperson can quickly help, in many cases, themselves and those around them, but of course, to use the DORN METHOD on a professional level more experience, training and knowledge about anatomy, physiology, physical therapy or massage, etc. are necessary!

The DORN Method is based on the correction of uneven leg length which can be diagnosed in almost every human today. Because of that, the pelvis becomes twisted, or the twisted pelvis causes this functional leg length discrepancy, and this often results in an asymmetrical, crooked or displaced spinal column.  The corrections of joint or spinal cord misalignments are always done in a 'dynamic', a moving action. Our muscles and especially tensed muscles will always try to hold the positions of the joints and spine and when they are out of order the muscles assume this 'wrong' position as the correct one and hold it there or in some cases even cause the blockage.

Acupuncture /Acupressure

Traditional Chinese medicine explains that health is the result of a harmonious balance of the complementary extremes of "yin" and "yang" of the life force known as "qi," pronounced "chi." Illness is said to be the consequence of an imbalance of the forces. Qi is said to flow through meridians, or pathways, in the human body. These meridians and energy flows are accessible through 350 acupuncture points in the body. Inserting needles into these points with appropriate combinations is said to bring the energy flow back into proper balance.

There is no scientific proof that the meridians or acupuncture points exist, and it is hard to prove that they either do or do not, but numerous studies suggest that acupuncture works for some conditions. Some experts have used neuroscience to explain acupuncture. Acupuncture points are seen as places where nerves, muscles, and connective tissue can be stimulated. The stimulation increases blood flow, while at the same time triggering the activity of the body's natural painkillers.

Foot Reflexology /Scalp Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. Reflexologists believe that these reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems and that pressing them creates real benefits for the person's health. Many people confuse reflexology with massage, Reiki, or acupuncture, but there are essential differences between these therapies.  Massage therapists manipulate larger areas of soft tissue in the body while reflexologists apply pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears.
Unlike either massage or reflexology, Reiki does not involve any physical manipulation or pressure but instead uses a light touch to work with the subtle vibration field thought to surround the body. Finally, while acupuncture and acupressure, like reflexology, use reflex points on the body to influence other parts of the body, the points are not the same and acupuncture uses points over the entire body. While these are different practices entirely, one thing they all have in common is that they are sometimes used to help manage symptoms associated with stress.
